Transfer to a bowl, add flour, and mix until a dough forms.
Turn dough onto floured surface and knead 8–10 times until smooth.
Divide into 4 balls, roll into ropes, and form bagel shapes.
Brush with egg wash and add toppings of choice.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden. Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
(Alternative air fry: cook at 350°F for 12–14 minutes)
Notes
Use a thick, full-fat cottage cheese for best results. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for 2 months. To reheat: toast or warm in oven at 300°F for 5–6 minutes.
