Ingredients

½cupDutch-processed cocoa powder
1tspbaking powder
½tspbaking soda

½cupunsalted butter, melted

1large egg
1egg yolk
2tspvanilla extract
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chunks
½cupmilk chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, combine melted butter and sugars until smooth.
Add egg, yolk, and vanilla; mix well.
Gradually fold in dry mixture until dough forms.
Stir in chocolate chunks and chill for 30 minutes.
Scoop tall dough balls onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes, then frost while slightly warm.
