  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt Makes it extra creamy and adds protein.
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds Optional; thickens it up and helps it feel more pudding-like.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract Essential for the cookies and cream flavor.
  • 1-2 teaspoons Maple syrup or honey Sweetens the mixture to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder Optional; adds deeper cookie flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances the flavor.
  • 1 cookie Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies The fun part; extra for topping.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a jar or container, stir together rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir in crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, if it is too thick, add a splash of milk. Top with another crushed cookie for added texture.

Notes

For a stronger cookies and cream flavor, let cookie pieces sit in the oats overnight but save some chunks for topping.
