Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp agave
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional coconut water

Instructions

  • Toast shredded coconut until golden
  • Shake or mix coconut milk until smooth
  • Whisk chia seeds, coconut milk, agave, and salt
  • Let sit 5 minutes, then whisk again
  • Rest 30 minutes or overnight
  • Adjust thickness with coconut water
  • Serve with toppings
