Instructions
Toast shredded coconut until golden
Shake or mix coconut milk until smooth
Whisk chia seeds, coconut milk, agave, and salt
Let sit 5 minutes, then whisk again
Rest 30 minutes or overnight
Adjust thickness with coconut water
Serve with toppings
