Ingredients

large eggs, separated

teaspoon
cream of tartar

tablespoons
cream cheese or Greek yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Mix egg yolks with cream cheese until smooth.
Fold egg whites gently into the yolk mixture.
Divide into 6 portions and shape into rounds.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Use clean bowls for egg whites.
Fold gently to keep the mixture airy.
Store in the refrigerator for freshness.
