Cloud Bread

Soft, fluffy cloud bread that is low in carbs and easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • Mix egg yolks with cream cheese until smooth.
  • Fold egg whites gently into the yolk mixture.
  • Divide into 6 portions and shape into rounds.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Use clean bowls for egg whites.
Fold gently to keep the mixture airy.
Store in the refrigerator for freshness.
