Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients in a mug.
  • Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
  • Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds.
  • Let rest 30 seconds before eating.

Notes

Add chocolate chips or Nutella for extra richness. Don't overcook or overmix. Best eaten fresh, but can be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours.
