Ingredients
1.5lbsground chicken
1cupsharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1packetranch seasoning
1/3cupbreadcrumbs
1egg
2tbspgreen onion, chopped (optional)
1tbspmayonnaise or Greek yogurt

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, and mayonnaise or yogurt.
Mix gently until evenly combined without overworking the mixture.
Divide mixture into 6 portions and shape into patties with a slight indentation in the center.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side.
Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes.
Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let patties rest for 2 minutes before serving.
