Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 3 cups diced apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 pan.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, and salt until crumbly.
  • Press half the mixture into the pan to form a crust.
  • Toss diced apples with caramel and cinnamon, then spread evenly over crust.
  • Sprinkle remaining crumble on top.
  • Bake 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool completely, drizzle with caramel, and slice into bars.

Notes

Store covered at room temp for 4 days or refrigerate up to 1 week. Reheat briefly before serving for a warm apple pie experience. Add chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch, or a sprinkle of sea salt to balance sweetness.
