Ingredients

For the dip

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Full fat is best for the richest texture.
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar For cozy, caramel-like sweetness.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Just a splash makes it taste like real cheesecake.
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce Store bought is fine or homemade.

For dipping

  • 4 medium Crisp apples Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Pink Lady, or Fuji are great choices.
  • 1 cup Pretzels Optional for variety.
  • 1 cup Graham crackers Optional for variety.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Set your cream cheese out for about 20 to 30 minutes to soften.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese with brown sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the mixture into a serving dish and swirl the top lightly.
  • Pour caramel sauce over the top generously.
  • Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt on top to enhance the flavor.

Notes
