Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, cream cheese, yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
  • Gently fold in fresh blueberries with a spatula.
  • Scoop mixture into tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, and place on parchment-lined tray.
  • Chill bites in the fridge for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Customize with lemon zest, coconut flakes, or chopped nuts.
Freeze for longer storage (up to 1 month).
Pairs well with herbal tea or post-lunch as a light dessert.
