Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup water or milk of choice (adjust for thickness)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, add yogurt, avocado, lemon juice, and liquid of choice (water or milk). Blend until smooth.
  • Add frozen blueberries and sweetener if using. Blend again until thick, creamy, and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust lemon or sweetness as needed. If too thick, add a splash more liquid and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately. Garnish with extra blueberries or lemon zest if desired.

Notes

Use frozen blueberries for best texture. Adjust lemon to taste after blending. For dairy-free, use plant-based yogurt. Add a scoop of protein powder for a post-workout boost.
