1/2ripe avocado
1cupfrozen blueberries
1/2cupplain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt

Instructions
In a high-speed blender, add yogurt, avocado, lemon juice, and liquid of choice (water or milk). Blend until smooth.
Add frozen blueberries and sweetener if using. Blend again until thick, creamy, and smooth.
