Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed black tea, cooled
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Optional: a splash of vanilla or pinch of lemon zest

Instructions

  • Brew the black tea and let it cool completely.
  • Mash blackberries with honey in a small bowl until juicy.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in the blackberry mixture.
  • Add cooled black tea and stir gently.
  • Pour milk over the top to create layers.
  • Garnish with mint or extra blackberries and serve.

Notes

Use green tea instead of black tea for a lighter version.
Make it vegan by using oat or almond milk.
Add a splash of espresso for a fruity coffee twist.
