Ingredients

  • 12 oz gluten free rotini pasta
  • 3 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1 small cucumber chopped
  • 4 oz pepperoni chopped
  • 2.25 oz sliced olives drained
  • Italian dressing
  • Salad Supreme seasoning

Instructions

  • Boil pasta until tender.
  • Rinse pasta under cold water.
  • Drain thoroughly.
  • Add vegetables and toppings.
  • Mix with dressing and seasoning.
  • Taste and adjust.
  • Serve immediately or chill briefly.

Notes

Best served fresh
Add extra dressing before serving if chilled
