Ingredients

Instructions

  • Scoop in cottage cheese, followed by chia seeds and vanilla protein powder.
  • Pour in almond milk and drizzle maple syrup, if using.
  • Blend on high for 1 minute until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.

Notes

Use full-fat cottage cheese for a creamier base. Add frozen banana or Greek yogurt to thicken. Let chia seeds soak in almond milk for a few minutes to soften before blending. Optional additions include maple syrup, rose water, or almond butter for twists on flavor and texture.
