Ingredients
For the Salmon Bites

skinless salmon fillet
Cut into bite-sized pieces

panko breadcrumbs
For coating

avocado oil spray
For air frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce

mayonnaise
For a creamy base

sweet chili sauce

Instructions
Preparation
Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
Set up a coating station with the salmon pieces and panko breadcrumbs.
Cooking
Pat the salmon pieces dry, coat with panko breadcrumbs, and let them sit for a few minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil spray.
Place the coated salmon bites in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serving
Serve hot with the bang bang sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
For best results, reheat leftovers in the air fryer. Do not overcrowd the air fryer to maintain crispiness.
