Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  • Toss shrimp with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Mix melted butter and lemon juice.
  • Toss hot shrimp with garlic butter mixture.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket.
Shrimp cooks fast, avoid overcooking.
For spicy shrimp, use Cajun seasoning instead of paprika.
