Ingredients
4mediumpotatoes, diced
1tbspolive oil
1tspgarlic powder
1tsppaprika
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
1/2tsponion powder (optional)
Optional: 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning or 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
Wash and dice potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
Optional: soak in cold water 10 minutes, then drain.
Pat potatoes very dry with paper towels.
Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Add potatoes to basket in an even layer.
Air fry 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
Cook 2–3 extra minutes for extra crispiness.
Serve hot.
Notes
Dry potatoes well for best crispiness. Shake basket often for even browning. Reheat leftovers at 380°F for 3–4 minutes.
