Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

These Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes are crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. Quick home fries made in about 15 minutes, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or breakfast-for-dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning or 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Wash and dice potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • Optional: soak in cold water 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Pat potatoes very dry with paper towels.
  • Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Add potatoes to basket in an even layer.
  • Air fry 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
  • Cook 2–3 extra minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Dry potatoes well for best crispiness.
Shake basket often for even browning.
Reheat leftovers at 380°F for 3–4 minutes.
