Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (500g)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (60ml)
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp honey (30ml)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (50g)
  • 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (30g)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, lime juice, zest, honey, and protein powder until smooth.
  • Mix graham crumbs and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle graham mixture and nuts evenly over the yogurt layer.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  • Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Tip: For extra flavor, let the lime zest sit in the yogurt for 10 minutes before freezing.
Try adding white chocolate drizzle for a dessert-style twist.
